Bulk Sync Overview

Bulk Sync enables efficient and accurate migration of entities from one work system to another.

Bulk Sync in SyncNow allows you to migrate entities between work systems using two primary methods:

  1. From Date Sync:
    Synchronize entities based on their types and the date range in which they were updated. This method lets you select a specific timeframe, ensuring that only relevant entities modified within that period are synchronized.

  2. By IDs (CSV Sync):
    Synchronize entities by their unique identifiers using a CSV file that maps source and target entity IDs. This approach is ideal for migrating specific entities or performing bulk updates where entity pairs are explicitly defined.

These methods provide flexibility and control over the synchronization process, enabling seamless migration and updating of entities across different work systems. Whether you need to perform a comprehensive update based on recent changes or target specific entities for synchronization, Bulk Sync offers the tools and options to manage the process effectively.
